1. Admission is open to candidates from all parts of India.

2. The duration of the course is 3\ YEARS (General Nursing & Midwifery)

3. The prospectus and application form can be obtained from ule office of the principal, on payment of
    Rs. 150/- by M.O./D.D. along with a self addressed envelope (size 9" x 4") affixed with Rs. 25/-
    (postal charge) stamps.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS :

1. The minimum education qualification requirement is 10+2 class passed or its equivalent preferably with
    science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) subjects with aggregate of 45% marks

2. Candidates of either sex with good conduct and sound health and who are between the age 17 and 35
    years are eligible.

3. Physical fitness must be ensured by certification from registered medical practitioner.

4. Good knowledge of English is essential, Medium of instruction is in English/Kannada.

5. The completed application form in duplicate should be. submitted along with xerox copies of the following:

a. PUC/PDC710+2 science /Art/ Commerce pass certificates.

b. Conduct Certificate from the principal of the college last attended.

c. Certificates of other educational qualifications.

e. Six passport size copies of recent photograph and a covering letter in the candidate's own hand writing
    mentioning the list of enclosures.

1. Original certificates should not be sent along with the application form.
