Mahila Vidya Peeth is an oldest educational Trust established in 1934 by Late Padmashri Sardar Veeranagouda Patil and his wife Smt. Nagamma Patil who were the veteran leaders of Freedom Movement and who rendered yeoman service for the cause of education of WOMEN FOLK duly inspired by MAHATMA GANDHIJI.

MAHILA VIDYA PEETH is a Registered Trust running a number of educational institutions i.e., Pre-Primary, Primary, Pre-Primary Teachers'Training Institution, Primary Teachers' Training College, High School, Junior College, I.T.I, etc. along with two ladies hostels with Audio Visual facilities and one Working Women's Hostel.

MAHILA VIDYA PEETH is situated in a beautiful environment with a vast play grounds. Auditorium and fully secured ladies hostels, Libraries and other required facilities.
